You'll learn the thinking and methods that I personally use to:

- Attract high-achieving Star team members and convince them to come to work with us
- Prioritize complex projects inside of our business
As you become more effective internally, you will become FAR more effective externally. I'll show you how I constantly up my game and refine my abilities to stay current with the new growth levels of my business.
Your Market
I'll take you step-by-step through the mental and physical processes that you can use to:
- Target a new market, decide whether or not a new product or service makes sense and think in a way that predicts whether or not a prospect will buy
- Create a new category that you can be first in, whether it's a completely new business, a new product or service, or a change to the ones you have so you can take more market-share
- Name your brands, products, services, and other formulas so that your customers see them as many times more valuable
By combining all of the methods I'll teach you, I believe that you'll have a far higher level of confidence as you're releasing new products and services, and refining the marketing themes of the ones you have so that you get a big advantage over competitors and future competitors.
Your Marketing
At this point, you'll start learning from my team and I as a well team. You'll meet our lead deal-makers, copy-writers, and marketing managers, and they'll teach you some of the methods we've developed for
- Doing larger deals with big partners and media companies
- Developing those partnerships over time to drive down the cost of our leads while at the same time increasing value to our partners
- Writing marketing messages that convert the first time
- Designing websites that maximize the conversion of your prospects
We have a literal machine for integrating good marketing, good partnering, good products, good conversion processes, and good customer follow-up that results in a very profitable overall model. We'll show you how we do it.
Your People
If there's one thing that I think we could be the best at, it's attracting Star talent to our team. As I mentioned, I've discovered and developed this process through many years of trial and error (mostly error, and a lot of trial!). I and my team will teach you:
- The process we use to manage our Virtual Bench of people we'd like to hire eventually (and make sure we keep building relationships, and no one slips through the cracks)
- How to turn your recruiting from scrambling to find someone into a process where you have people pursuing you
- How to build relationships with Stars that you'd like to hire later on, without leading them on or wasting their time
- How to structure teams of people so that they work together effectively, don't get distracted, and deliver the actual result you want
- How to manage and lead people and projects as your business gets bigger, and the complexity in your business increases
- You're going to actually meet our top networkers, and get a feel for who they are and how they do it, so you can learn tips for yourself, and you can learn what to look for so you can find your own.

Your Systems
In This section You're going to learn from executives and business professionals who love what they do, and have an average of probably 15-20 years of business experience building and working in huge companies. They (and I) are going to teach you:
- How we track and report our internal numbers using dashboard reports.
- creating a feeling of total knowledge and stability of our business health
- How we manage our cashflow to make sure we don't spend too much (or too little)
- How we put systems and processes in the places we need them in our business (and not in the places we don't)
- How we manage and run meetings in an efficient way that keeps everyone involved, makes rapid progress, and keeps projects moving forward
- How we manage our legal process, including choosing the right business entity structure, dealing with tax and financial architecture, and making sure we are always doing the right thing and staying out of trouble
